	The Pursuit of Synthesis Deduction stage is a filter where
selection and discarding of ideas takes place to establish a framework guiding
the outcome. Here, strategic dialogue takes place up front, and potential
bottlenecks and no-go areas are defined. Design is refined from “good” to
“great” with experiences that are simple, elegant and engaging. This stage
completes once we reach a total match between the concept and the overall

Connected Smart Rehabilitation
Repetitive rehabilitation process easily decreases patients’ engagement and makes it hard to maintain optimal challenging difficulty and to induce neuroplasticity. The solution enables engaging, motivating and digitally driven tasks that are safe and appropriate for rehabilitation and prevention. It pairs customized software with commercially available sensor and gesture based recognition technologies and applies the ‘Learning Schedule Algorithm’ to game-like exercises so that patients can remain motivated and find the exercises gradually challenging.

Urbanlytics – A Dynamic Routing and Delivery Management Platform


Urbanlytics enables logistics operators and drivers to visualize assigned jobs on a dynamic map, provides drivers the flexibility of choosing their route order, and optimizes their deliveries based on their preferences. The platform pulls delivery data directly from FedEx’s system and displays their location together with the address, number of packages, and shelf ID (where the package is located in the driver’s truck).

Our solution has improved accountability and transparency across their operations.

Fusion Analytics for Public Transport Emergency Response (FASTER) System


We designed and built the user interface that uses this data to enable the Land Transport Authority of Singapore to monitor bus, train and taxi fleets in real time, predict bottlenecks in the system, and gain actionable insights into commuter behaviour. FASTER system collects passenger data from travel cards, cellular, Wi-Fi networks, and CCTV cameras.

Digital Pharmacy Safety System

Digital monitoring and compliance reporting product placed at the pharmacy cold storage unit providing temperature visibility. IoT sensors enable the tracking of temperature, humidity, location, light and shock data. This data is uploaded to the cloud at every available opportunity via a GSM network so that users can check data updates and automate from any device using a web-based control panel.

Experiential Children’s Museum

Bornova Kids Museum is a double-story, couryard shaped building that encourages children to play and interact by breaking down the physical barriers found in the typical early childhood educational architecture. Large sliding glazed doors lining the interior of the courtyard are opened up for a majority of the year, allowing children to freely pass between indoor and outdoor areas, encouraging independence and socialization.

Redmart Vehicle Routing

We built a vehicle routing platform to schedule deliveries. This solution scales to meet growing demand, load and time-window constraints. Routes take minutes to plan, not hours. The web-based dashboard allows planners to see their entire fleet’s schedule on a map and make adjustments with a drag and drop interface. Based on incoming orders, the platform incentivizes customers to choose delivery time slots that decreases the driving distance of RedMart’s fleet. This way, the driver can batch orders within a smaller area.

TheraPlay

Theraplay is a design driven play center for the refugees aging between 3-12. It provides 12 week programs to each age group using the methodologies of; Play Therapy, Therapeutic Storytelling, Peer to Peer Learning and Design Thinking. The project aims to facilitate healing from past stressful or traumatic experiences and support new ways of thinking, learning and communicating.

Alive and Breathing Globe


 Designed to be a traveling exhibition, Alive &#38;amp; Breathing is a 3.6 meter long and 1.8 meter wide interactive sculpture that evokes the impression of a giant breathing globe with natural sounds interrupted by an ocean of optical fiber light elements imitating plastic waste. Visual cues of the globe such as the regions and oceans of the world, names of the cities, the data of the world’s population density and fresh water are digitally knitted into an artwork and sandwiched in between a pneumatic layer and hundreds of fiber optic lights on top.

OCO

 OCO is an algae-based air purification and carbon sequestration product. It uses microalgae to absorb CO2 and generate O2 while destroying the spectrum of air pollution, including noxious gases such as nitrogen oxide (NOx) and sulphur oxide (SOx), airborne bacteria, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). During this process, OCO produces valuable biomass which can be recycled into the circular economy as a fertiliser.

Counter Urban Transformation in Beyoglu


 Urban transformation has become central to the Turkish government’s neo-liberal program of commercial development for Istanbul. These transformations have provoked public discontent and passionate responses, the largest to date being a protest against a proposed urban transformation which in May 2013 erupted in Taksim Square, in the Beyoglu district of Istanbul. In the spirit of that protest, this project seeks to elaborate and apply the idea of counter urban transformation as a means of reinvesting citizens with agency in shaping their urban environment.
